The bKash/Nagad number used for withdrawals must match the number registered on your account. Withdrawals to a different number will not be approved.
Funds deposited into your bdromi account cannot be transferred to another user's account. Your account balance may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
If your withdrawal hasn't been processed within 3 business days, please contact bdromi Support. Incomplete KYC verification may cause delays.
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on bdromi at all times:
Single bets, multiple (accumulator) bets, and system bets are all available on bdromi. Each type has slightly different rules. In an accumulator bet, losing a single event means the entire bet slip is lost.
Each casino game has its own payout table and rules, which are accessible within the game itself. All outcomes are RNG-controlled, independently verified, and free from manipulation.
Bdromi regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Keep the following general conditions in mind when claiming and withdrawing bonuses:

Once your account is closed, bdromi will send a confirmation message. You will no longer be able to log in after that point.
